Following the principles of passive house (Passivhaus) a housing with Certificate of Energy Efficiency A is projected.
A very low energy consumption is achieved thanks to a careful study of the volume and orientation of the facades and openings, as well as the insulation of walls and slabs for the elimination of cold bridges, and the use of renewable energy production systems, and heat recovery.
